Retail Division
Underwood’s Retail Division takes a lead role in the development and ownership of appealing neighborhood centers in rapidly growing areas, providing excellent potential for income and appreciation. Underwood retail sites attract national tenants, and the carefully chosen and well-managed properties remain strong retail operations after their initial purchase. Underwood is currently devoloping centers in new markets in Collin County: Anna, Celina and Melissa.
